Anka Analitik - Preparation & Others
From XRF glass bead and pellet preparation to OES/CS chip and disc samples, from microwave digestion to automated dissolution — analytical accuracy starts with proper sample preparation.
PRODUCT CATEGORIES
The right preparation route for each analytical technique. Glass beads and pellets for XRF, chips and discs for OES/CS, acid digestion systems for ICP/AAS.
In XRF analysis, measurement accuracy depends heavily on sample homogeneity and surface quality. Raw material is first size-reduced and milled, then either compressed into a pellet or fused into a glass disc. A properly prepared sample lets your XRF spectrometer perform at its full capacity.
In OES (optical emission spectrometry) and C/S (carbon-sulphur) analysis, results depend directly on the quality of the sample surface. The Multi EQP-100 performs punch, press and surface operations on metallic samples in a standardised, repeatable manner — removing surface preparation as a source of analytical error.
In ICP and AAS analyses, the sample is dissolved and introduced as a solution. The method used for this step — fusion, microwave digestion or automation — directly affects both analytical accuracy and operator safety. Anka Analitik offers three distinct solution options.
